The Groene Os Cox Compositum Dog/Cat 50 ml is a protective and revitalizing supplement for older dogs and cats, with a tincture to combat persistent symptoms. Cox Compositum contains herbs that can soothe a tense musculoskeletal system (the collection of bones, joints, muscles, tendons, and motor nerves that control posture and movement). This has a beneficial effect on general health and on signs of aging.
The enzyme cyclooxygenase (COX) plays an essential role in the production of prostaglandin, which in turn is important for the entire body. Painkillers such as NSAIDs inhibit the action of COX and thus the formation of prostaglandin. Cox Compositum has no adverse effects on the mucous membranes.
The ginger in Cox Compositum has a normalizing effect on prostaglandins and supports the stomach. Green tea has a strong antioxidant effect due to its high polyphenol content and protects healthy cells and tissues. Dog rose is rich in vitamin C and is a powerful antioxidant. Lavender has been added for a calming effect on the intestines. The powerful plant palm lily is rich in steroid saponins and stereolols. Used in small doses, this helps normalize prostaglandins.
