Energique Special is a meat-based food for dogs with skin and/or intestinal problems. It has been shown that dogs with intestinal problems no longer experience diarrhea after eight weeks of feeding Energique Special.
Skin problems
Skin problems of all kinds can also be effectively treated with Energique Special. A skin condition is usually the result of an underlying illness that has weakened the dog's immune system. Energique Special is incredibly easy to digest thanks to lamb, rice, and oil, which contain plenty of natural vitamin E. Vitamin E is a so-called antioxidant that, like vitamin C, limits the damage caused by free radicals.
Ideal balance:
Furthermore, Energique Special contains the ideal balance of proteins, rice, and oils, which consist of 85% unsaturated fatty acids. As a treatment, we recommend feeding your dog nothing but Energique Special for 12 to 16 weeks. After this treatment, your dog can switch to Energique for adult dogs. If desired, your dog can continue eating Energique Special for the rest of its life, as this is also a complete food.
For puppies:
For puppies with intestinal and/or skin problems, we recommend starting Energique Special immediately. For every 2.5 kg of body weight, give approximately 100 grams of Energique Special per day. This is an average dose, depending on the puppy's activity level. Fresh water should always be available (serve Energique at room temperature).
