Naturis Frozen Fresh Meat Food, as the name suggests, is made from fresh meat and frozen for preservation. Absolutely no grains, preservatives, colorings, or binding agents are added.
We use fresh meat suitable for human consumption, sourced from EEC-approved slaughterhouses. All these slaughterhouses are subject to strict supervision by the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain (FASFC), and ours is no exception. In addition to the mandatory FASFC inspections, we have our meat tested weekly for salmonella and enterococci by an accredited laboratory to ensure we only use high-quality raw materials.
The raw materials are processed frozen or ice-cold and are not heated so that the natural vitamins, amino acids and minerals are retained.
No additional calcium or phosphorus is added to our Fresh Meat Food. The calcium and phosphorus are therefore always sourced naturally:
- For poultry species: ground bones (e.g. grain chickens, duck, turkey, etc.)
- For cattle species: ground bone and cartilage from cattle (e.g. goat, beef, calf, etc.)
- For fish species: whole fish are always processed (for example mackerel, herring, salmon, etc.)
Seaweed is added to all our varieties, which is a real vitamin bomb for your dog.
Naturis has a very extensive range of fresh meat food so there is certainly something for every dog.
We package our meat in transparent sausage casings. This is not only better for the environment, but also allows you to see what you're buying! Because we use only natural products and don't add any artificial colors or other additives, color variations may occur. This isn't due to a change in composition, but rather to the fact that not every animal has the same amount of fat.
For example:
Sometimes the chickens are fattier than usual, and you'll notice the sausage is very light in color. If the chickens were less fat, you'll find the sausage is darker. This is absolutely harmless to your dog and is simply natural.

This food is guaranteed free from binders, fragrances, colourings and flavourings, pork and animal testing.
Storage: in the freezer
Thawing: In the refrigerator. After thawing, the meat will keep for up to 2 days. It's best to store the thawed sausage in a Naturis Curver thawing and storage container, as it seals tightly.
Tip: Cut the casing off the sausage while it's still frozen! This way, you won't get bits of meat stuck to your hands or in the clips.

40g/kg dog per day for a puppy up to 6 months old
30gr/kg dog per day for a dog from 6 months to +/- 12 months.
20g/kg dog per day for an adult dog
30g/kg cat per day for an adult cat
60g/kg cat per day for a kitten
If you combine it with fresh meat and kibble, the nutritional advice is 10g/kg dog per day or 15g/kg cat per day.
