Our ingredients
To make our food, we dry-cure 10.6 kg of meat for a 12 kg bag, making it easier to incorporate into our kibble. With the right amounts of vegetables, fruit, and herbs, Yourdog is a healthy, nutritious choice for your dog.
Buffalo
At Yourdog, we use meat from free-raised, grass-fed buffalo. Buffalo meat is known for its creamy, fresh flavor and rich color, and it's packed with vitamins and minerals. With lower cholesterol and fat content and fewer calories, this tender meat is packed with health benefits.
Poultry
At Yourdog, we use duck, chicken, and turkey, which together give our kibble its delicious flavor and aroma. The highly digestible proteins in the poultry promote healthy muscle growth and are rich in vitamins and minerals.
Vegetables

Switching advice
If you're switching to Yourdog from another food brand, we recommend following these steps. First, feed 25% Yourdog and 75% of the old dog food. Your dog can get used to this for two days. Then, feed 50% Yourdog and 50% of the old dog food. It's important to let your dog get used to this for two or three days as well. Then, mix 75% Yourdog and 25% of the old dog food. Your dog is now almost completely switched to Yourdog. Continue this for two days. After this, you can switch to 100% Yourdog Swiss Running Dog food at your own discretion.
Storage advice
After opening the Yourdog packaging, the food is exposed to oxygen, moisture, and light, which can affect its shelf life and flavor. Therefore, it's important to store the food properly after opening the bag, preferably in an airtight container or barrel in a dry, cool, and dark place. It's best not to put the food loose in the barrel, but to place the entire bag inside, sealing it as tightly as possible.
